Motel 6 Meridian, MS

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Only complaint was our room was extremely hot when we entered as the AC was not on. Very friendly, helpful staff.

I'm sure all know the old Motel 6 six... Their new remodel is lovely all 7 days I booked. Deep at the front desk is so super nice in every interaction. NO BUGS, NO NOISE OTHER THAN INTERSTATE, I felt very safe there also!. Come see them and you will be like "ddddaaammmnnn " also!

The room was decently clean. The heat was set to 69 so it wasn't freezing when we first walked in. It did have a bit of an older smell but, nothing horrible. There was no bath tub but the shower was pretty cool. The TV was frozen on a creepy looking dude and turned on when we walked in the room. (No biggie, just odd.) They have a really nice looking pool.They do have on-site laundry at $4.00 a load to wash and dry. The bed however, was not at all comfy. The mattress was very firm and you could feel the metal springs. The sheets could use a good bleaching as well. Other than the bed, I would recommend this location.

I don’t like giving bad reviews, and I can see that this place simply needs a little attention. I also think about the hard times we’re all experiencing and how challenging it must be for the owner to continue providing service to every guest. If you’re not expecting every modern convenience and simply need a place to rest, this is a good option. My room was neat and clean, and I had everything I needed. Sometimes we get used to the “fancier” things hotels offer, but in reality, when I stay somewhere, my priority is rest. All I truly expect is a comfortable, clean bed and a room free of unpleasant odors. I also appreciate a clean shower with towels and toilet paper available — and this place provided that. It’s sad how quickly times have changed and how fast we are to leave negative reviews for things that could easily be resolved by speaking with a manager. I understand there are situations that absolutely need to be reported, but in other cases, it helps to remember the struggles many hotel owners are facing.

Been here since Saturday and its now Tuesday. Very clean place with a nice pool. The shower is really really small but the bathroom is a nice size. We haven't had any issues. Great helpful staff. Nice televisions. Extremely comfortable beds. Really like it here. Restaurants and shopping right across the way. Quite enjoyable so far.

Better than expected. Nice flowers planted around the hotel. Friendly staff and owner. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge and microwave in room. Large TV. Everything worked. Would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. Convenient location and parking.

The room was nice, the only thing was the fan and faint smell that the building was old but other than that fantastic

The hotel staff was very nice. The owner may want to replace the bed spreads with some new ones, due to the small holes that look like cigarette holes. But it was very quiet, and the staff where very nice and the beds where made up very nice. Just the owner needs to make sure to replace the worn bed spreads. But overall. I would stay here again. I was passing through and headed home to family.
